And now for something completely different! I thought I’d try my hand at some YA/NA urban fantasy with cozy Halloween vibes this autumn, and so I’m drafting a new story! I’ve been doing a bunch of world and character building on Bluesky recently, so you can check that out there!
Paragraph pitch: For 300 years, a witch has been secretly kidnapping teens from a small New Hampshire town and turning them into her animal familiars. Now she’s dying and those familiars need to find a way to keep her magic alive so they don’t also perish or, worse, turn back into humans who will need to find jobs and wear pants.
